With a 4x10G configuration, this 40G QSFP+ Transceiver Module provides a high-speed 40 Gbps of connectivity in the compact footprint of QSFP. This QSFP+ 40G LR4 module links four transmitters and receivers via an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer (MUX/DeMUX) using Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG) technology. This 40Gbase LR4 optical module has been made to perform exceptionally well in applications that conform to the standards of 40GBASE-LR4 and IEEE 802.3ba and QSFP MSA. It is guaranteed to have a 10-kilometer range over standard single-mode fiber. Since it utilizes 1300nm channels to support Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM), this 40G LR4 transceiver improves efficiency and reliability, which makes it ideal for high-density, complex network scenarios.
