High-speed 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications are the focus of the 100G BIDI SR1.2 QSFP28 optical transceiver. This optical module has a maximum transmission range of 100 meters with OM4 fiber and 70 meters with OM3 fiber, making it ideal for data centers and high-performance computing applications. It includes a duplex LC connection and provides 100Gbps bidirectional bandwidth using two channels, 850nm and 910nm VCSEL technology. High data integrity is guaranteed on both transmission and reception channels by the integrated 4:2 Gearbox with KP4 FEC circuits. Because of its low power consumption and adherence to current standards, this QSFP28 module is a great option for server clusters, network infrastructure interconnects, and custom backplanes.
